Lower Key Stage 2 were invaded by Vikings on Wednesday 29th March when they had a visit from History Off The Page.
All the children had an amazing time paying the part of Vikings for the day. They took on the everyday tasks in a 9th Century village, which included weaving, making clay pots, being metal workers, amulet and candle makers. They even battled against the Saxons. All the children looked amazing in their costumes which contributed to the whole experience.
